backwards controls on 02 TB Pass Mirror,

Just bought a 02 TB Ext LT, the Power mirror on the pass side is backwards controls.

Up moves the mirror to the right
Left move the mirror down
Right move the mirror right
Down moves the mirror down

Can this be a wiring switch???
