Re: Re: Rims!!!!!!

no it has nothing to do with the lug nuts....its the center cap....im talking about the center of the wheel part on the car like one the rotor....there is a screw that sticks out so my rim wont fit on unless i take the center cap of the rim off then that screw slides through the whole were the center cap was

Re: Re: Rims!!!!!!

ok picture a cavalier with out the front wheel on.... in the center of the rotor there or whatever it is there is a screw that sticks out..makin it impossible for the rim to go on unless i took the center cap of the rim off so the screw can slide through...on the back that screw isnt there.

Re: Rims!!!!!!

that i don't believe so because then the center cap would stick out past your rim.

What you are seeing is the end of your axle shaft. If you are willing you could cut off the excess shaft flush with the end of the nut that holds it onto the hub this may give you enough room to install your center cap

cut what you don't need to cut anything It'll position your wheel 1/4" or whatever spacer you get out further, now it could rub the splashguard on full lock but it's nothing more than annoying! It should work. DON'T cut the the hub nut in anyway!
