I recently had an ABS light on, replaced the wheel speed sensor on the differential, did the BS "drive the car under 8mph for about 1/2 mile" trick, slam on the brakes, nothing worked. After pulling my hair trying to figure this out, I found a bad ABS fuse in the instrument panel. Moral of the story...check your fuses!!!!
