Question Head Gasket Job

Anyone had a Head Gasket job done on a 98 Rodeo ? How much did it cost?

Probably in the $1000+ range to have a shop do the work.

Engine got overheated not holding water, white smoke when fill the radiator. The truck ran fine when cold .

1998 3.2's had a bad run of cylinder heads. IIRC, there will be a "K" stamped somewhere on the side of the head casting. Those were the 'bad' heads. You will need new, remaned cylinder heads, all top end gaske, may as well do all the timing goodies and water pump as you will be in there anyway. Bad news is this will all be rather costly. I'd guess at $1500-2000 range.
