why is my coil not getting any power?

I have come to the conclusion that my coil is not getting any power, what caused this? A blown fuse, or what??

73 superbeetle with new plugs wires, plugs, distb cap, rotor, condenser, points, and set correctly, just re-did the timing. I also have a Jacobs Ing. box on it,

The power side of the coil is the side marked with a 15, it is not fused & power comes directly from the ignition switch in the on position.
