Is it possible for the LIM gasket to have to be replaced twice? The reason I'm asking is because I know I had this fixed/replaced in mid 2003.
My car was still under extended warranty then and the repair shop knew of a problem with the LIM gaskets and these cars so they went ahead and repaired whatever needed to be done then.
I'm hoping it's not that again. I know it was about a $1000 job then.
I'm so sick of the problems I've had with this car. I never had any problems with my 1986 Grand Am I had. They sure don't make things like they used to.
I just had my oil changed, fuel filter changed, air filters replaced and PCV valve replaced. They place I had it done never mentioned anything about milky oil. My husband checks the oil regularly and has never noticed anything other than aging oil.
It's hard to describe where the leak is coming from because I don't know the first thing about engines

The puddle is on the drivers side closer to the front of the car. I'd say about 1.5-2 ft back from the grill and about the same from the left fender.
I'm really sorry if that description doesn't make sense. I have no idea what the parts are under the hood.
