97 Accent Won't Start

Problem started, when engine heated up it would not start after shutting engine down, cool off and it would start. And now it will not start at all, engine turns over, but no fuel or fire kind of won't start. The car has been wrecked and rebuilt (air bags removed). I found that the fuel pump is not coming on when you turn the key on, so I found the fuel pump relay and sure enough ecm is not telling it to turn on, I grounded the yellow/white wire with the key on and I can hear the fuel pump come on but it still will not start, like the whole system is shut down (fuel injectors). I thought by looking at the wiring diagrams in the repair manuel its got to be the computer.(waisted $100) but that is not it, problem still exists. Do these cars have a rollover switch or something that shuts the fuel system down if something happens? Wiring diagrams in the books don't show any. Help would be appreciated!
