Question 01 Sunfire Shit at high RPM

I know theres some thing wrong. My Car drives fine for a wile then it starts to take a high rpm to shift and I know this is hard on the eng. What do you think could be causeing this?? other than the high shift rpm it runs fine. Help me thanks!!

Could be cause by a faulty TPS or you giving the car too much gas or low tranny fluid just to name a few.
