4wd 2001 Rodeo

2001 Rodeo LS 4wd firewall code G80

Hi,

I have a question, if I am stuck in sand or snow and my back tires are spinning, but I'm not moving and I push my 4wd button, will my front tires engage? Or do I have to be moving FORWARD a few feet before it engages? If anyone is 100% sure let me know.

Brian.

Technically, at least one of the front tires should engage.

When the back tires are spinning and you enable the front driveshafts, they should turn enough to engage.

Now this may be different on your vehicle than what I'm used to, but it *should* work.
