2.4L acceleration problems 2000 sunfire

have a 2000 sunfire gt 2.4 L has a problem when acclerating form a stop it bucks and cut out like you are shutting off the switch it does not do it going down the road at regular speeds it had a engine light come on with po122 code for tp or app sensor 1 cki short/low when we scanned it replaced plugs coil housing fuel filter no change also now the trac off light comes on and when it does the car seems to shift hard when driving it the car is an automatic .....help please!!!

Check your trans fluid for foaming, this means overfilled! did you change the spark plug boots? Check the condition of the connections at the battery and the ground straps, fule ilter, dirty injectors, faulty fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator.

Trac off light has to do with tranny. detecting slip i recently had a problem with my cav it is auto also the plug to my tranny was pulled out a little bit causing hard shifting and the trac off light to come on. it could be a sensor on you wheel hub that detects the slip or on your tranny

did change spark plug boots when we changed housing no difference in how it runs
