My opinion on the skylines drivetrainSkyline_BNR34 03-15-2005, 04:22 PM I think it wouild be a good idea to put a transfer case in the skyline so it could shift out of awd and into rwd and stuff. To me it would be cool to have an awd/rwd skyline not just an awd even though the awd have great handling i still think it would be cool nismo_power 03-15-2005, 06:04 PM in the words of bagwanshrirashnish, this should start a vibrant discussion! nisco 03-16-2005, 03:55 AM oh... my... god... GTES-t 03-16-2005, 05:04 AM Ah, dude, the GTR / GTS4 are designed to do what you said. It normally operates as RWD and engages 4WD when traction/handling is lost. Here's a little info (towards the bottom): http://www.geocities.com/gkurka2001/CarTech/tech_traction_4wd_2.htm I recommend you spend some time searching the forum/websites and learn more about the Skyline / GTR. Few people here treat posts like this (where there is a clear lack of research) very kindly. jmrev 03-16-2005, 09:08 PM damn some of the guys on here a very mean. nismo_power 03-17-2005, 02:12 AM damn some of the guys on here a very mean. well, some people just ask retarded questions. Skyline_BNR34 03-17-2005, 03:33 PM hey i didnt do researcon it i just thopught of it and told my friend and he said post it and i did so sorry if i made you a bit frustrated cause i reall ydidnt think a skyline would have that but since it was a 90 skyline so i see that they were just testing to see what to do btw i mean not when your losing traction you can do it at anytime like a 4X4 truck jmrev 03-17-2005, 08:23 PM yeah that too... lol thegladhatter 03-17-2005, 09:28 PM in the words of bagwanshrirashnish, this should start a vibrant discussion!
