A/C bypass for 1997 Grand AM GT 2.4L,4cyl.
Has anyone ever bypassed their compressor pulley? Do I need a shorter belt or a bypass pulley?
Thanks,
To anyone with info.

I know it's been done before (I've never personally done it). The people that had done it I'm pretty sure didn't even need a bypass pulley - just a shorter belt.

What size belt would I need? Part#?
Would you know the belt size and a part#? The A/C comes standard, so I don't really understand what belt size to look for. Trial and error?
