Or is it just a delayed shift? If it's never been like this, I'd take it to a transmission shop and have them drop the transmission pan, clean it, and put in a new filter; then have the transmission flushed. FWIW, my auto has a delayed, mildly rough shift since the day it rolled off the lot if I don't give it a few minutes to warm up first; and I wholeheartedly refuse to drive it within the first 7-10 of starting it on a cold (35 or below) morning for that very reason. I've always just figured that it needs to warm up a bit and get the fluid flowing. Even in the summer, I've always let the oil and transmission fluid flow for at least 2-3 minutes before I take off. Taking the above in mind, my auto shifts easily upon hitting the road. No other problems ever experienced. Keep us posted. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
