ECU Questions

Ok...here's the deal. I have a 90 CRX Si with a D16Z6 in it. Well...the motor isnt running right now. I switched out my FPR on the D16Z6 with the one from my Si. The ECU is throwing codes of #6,10, and 13. 6 is coolant temp, 10 is intake air temperature, and 13 is atmosphric pressure. I dont really understand why it's saying all that stuff tho. Is it saying coolant temp because i have no antifreeze in the radiator? And as for the air intake temp....is it because it's cold like 30 degrees so im thinking the cold ass air affects the air in the intake and maybe it has something to do with the Code 13 too. Sorry for the long post but i need to get this car running so if anyone could help me out and help me get this thing running then that would be great.
Thanks alot.
