I've dealt with three vendors

reviews of the three major audio dealers I've had -

crutchfield.com=excellent service, somewhat high prices(as opposed to other websites out there)
cardomain.com=good service, lower prices
thezeb.com=crappy service, some good deals

normally when the prices go down the service isn't as good. but of course it matters whether or not you trust the company.

sounds like you are a first time buyer. With that said go to crutchfield. They will help you with anything you need and give you everything you need including instructions. Fedex is standard shipping as well so you get it quick. once you learn more about this subject, you won't need crutchfield except as a reference for new stuff out this year.
