98 sebring conv. 2.5 misfires runs rich

I have changed all sensors showing problems. Origionally had very weak spark I changed distributor and have blue spark. Plugs are fouling with rich mixture and engine misfires. Do you think I have pcm problem. Even after sensors have been changed they show codes. when checked they show ok.
