I'm planning on getting some 16" Rota Subzero's for my rex and was just wondering how much should I lower it?

1.5 to 2 inches, that way it's not totally slammed but still low.

Ha, never think you will be too low. I have mine dropped 4" on stock 14's and a buddyclub front. i cant even get out of my driveway.:D

id only do a 1.5 - 1.7" drop that way you will still clear hills and speed bumps, without having to go at a 45° angle to them.

i cant even lower my car, i cant get out of my driveway as it is, i scrape everywhere at stock height.

do they make 16" subzeros yet??

Ya, I've seen the 16" Subzero's at a couple of places online. But I don't want there to be a huge gap and I also don't want my tires to rub. Anybody have any pics of their rex lowered on 16's?

yea no doubt marked001...you have no wheel gap and there is 16's on there. Hey crazyeight...it's gonna be hard to find someone that has pics of the subzero's on their car in 16's and look the exact way you want it.

I don't care if there Subzero's or not, I just want some pics of a lowered CRX on 16's.

I got a 2" drop on 16's.

2 inch drop should be fine.I have a friend that let me use his 16's and they are pretty much perfect. Crxlvr..u scrape ur bottom at stock height? I don't even scrape at all unless theres a big dip or if the driveway is too high.

I want my rex lower than that. I was thinking 3" in the front and 2.5" in the back. How does that sound?

I think Marked001 can help you on that part? I remember him mentioning about the off set...? Just pm him and ask them from there.

well being from NY, i have to deal with alot of potholes, dips, hills, and speedbumps, and im a little too lazy to be doing all that braking so i hit occasionaly, but where i live there are a lot of steep hills, that i scrape going up.

damn big cities, spend some money on street repairs.

its like that here too - I lost a 17" Team Dynamic Motorsport and a tire to a nasty pothole. I guess its a gamble to get some wheels in these areas.
