If you meant custom rims, plenty of companis make 'em. With 6 lugs, I assume you are shopping for a truck or SUV.

For stock steel or alloy wheels, prowl your local tire dealers. Lots of people bring in brand new trucks and order custom rims and tires. Most of these people just leave the old wheels behind (maybe they don't have storage in their apartment or trailer!).

The tire stores who get the free rolling stock are happy to sell them at 100+% profit. I've spent $20-30 each for brand new steel wheels and maybe double for wheels with new tires!

Well acually with my gear ratio now i need like 18 inch rims cuz i need like 29" tires.
