01 Impala Rear Window Defogger

The electrical connections at the window for the rear window defogger (heating elements) has come off.

Is this something I can fix (solder, glue?) or do I need to take it to a shop - window specialist?

Thanks

anyone know about howmuch heat is put thru those things. I need to use some double sided tape and it will be touching the top of the rear window where all those close together lines are. and I just dont want to start to melt anything or hurt the rear defrost.
