Does anyone if a 1995 Sidekick JXL is capable of a having a factory Daytime Running Light module?

In Canada, where I am, DRL are required , so I am sure you must be able to get the module you need. If you are anywhere near Canada, you might want to pop across the border and ask a Canadian dealer.
