stripped windsheild wiper arm

i broke my drivers side wiper arm in my 98 s-10 by turning them on while it was frozen to the windsheild. The other side works fine but the drivers side feels stripped as the motor stil turns but it doesnt move. If anyone could help me by telling me the easiest way to check what actually broke and how to replace it easily.

thanks in advance

on the bottum half of the wiper arm itselfe, that is just a cover, it pulls off and there is a bolt underneeth (8 or 10 mm i beleve) take it off and check

Re: stripped windsheild wiper arm

Sounds like the wiper arm(underneath cowl) might have popped off.
