2001 Impala Brakes

Hey guys this is my first post.....Well i wanna do my own brakes for my 2001 Impala. Here's what i have:
1. Jack and jack Stands
2. Pads for front and rear
3. Anti-Squeal compound
4. Brake Cleaner
5. Brake Bleeder
6. Torque Wrench and adapter for lug

what else do i need to for this job? Im a kinda noob to all of this but would like to stop wasting my money on labor. Some1 told me i needed a 40mm socket or something like that to remove the caliper and i read on the internet i need a C clamp. Could some1 explain the process to me also. Thanks!
