Unhappy Power Window & Locks have NO Power

I have a 98 3500 EXPRESS. There is NO POWER to the Locks and Windows. I pulled the switches out. No power there. I Went down to were the door plugs into the the Main Body of the Van near the fuse Block. No power there. I checked all the Fuses In the box inside near the drivers Door and Big fuses Under the hook on drivers side in the plastic box. Fuses all good Good.
1st Question. Is there some kind of Fuse or Relay or link hiddin that I missed?
2nd Question. is there a way to bypass and feed power direct into the system for testing? Which Color wire.
