Non-ecotech
Its a bugger. Get the special socket and reach behind the power steering pump, under the intake manifold. Good Luck.

I found one of your other posts about the oil sending unit yesterday..I took off my head and I can see down the back of the block now..

Which is the oil sending unit?
Is it thing above the coil that has a narrow tube and couple electrical plugs coming out of it?..

Also you mentioned something about an ignition coil that could cause a cavalier not to turn over..

where is that located? and what does it look like?

Thanx

The oil sending unit is near the top of the block (even with the cam) and has only wires going to it.
The coils will NOT stop the engine from rotating. If one is bad it can cause backfiring, or two cylinders to have no spark. A bad module(under the coils) will cause ALL cylinders to loose spark. Good Luck.
