it just died...

hay guys, so im sitting in this parking lot ideling and the tracker just stoped running it didnt over heat, its not couse i ran outa fuel actualy not 10 minutes ago had i filled up. so any way every thing works exept it just dosnt fire so:

i checked for spark, nope
i checked for spark directly from the ignition coil, nope

Sweet, ill just replace that and be on my way so i did and still nothing
so a couple days later i have it towed to a friends house then went to get mom from work, my step dads there so thats cool we went back to my tracker and he suggested i check the ignition fuse or somthin, and it was blown, Sweet it works its ideling just fine... so as i drive away thinkin about the $75 i just wasted over a 10 cent fuse, it died again sure thing it was the fuse DAM IT

so im swapin fuses out n stuff and they keep blowing and i unno what to do so ...

My q-tion is, is the computer or ecu or what ever its called go threw that fuse? ( the fuse closest to the front left tire, i dont have a slot number or any thing its a 15 amp fuse... any help or ideas would be great i wouldnt like to hear the computers messed ... again...

ok thanks bye

if the fuse keeps blowing there is obviously an electrical problem. it sounds like you could have a short or possibly a bad ground somewhere in your wiring.

ya it was a wireing short, along the engine block the wireing support things wore away at the wires then causing it to ground out.
