Stationary Elevated Idle Control / SEIC for 2005

Does anyone know if you can install an Aux Idle control in an 05 Excursion with a 6.0 Diesel? I see that the 05's in the Truck line have a new device they call the Stationary Elevated Idle Control (SEIC)to replace the older APCM version. Can this SEIC system be installed in an Excursion. Seems Excursion owners may miss out on some cool stuff the trucks get to have, especially the new Ford Towcommand system for electric brake control
