1998 Monte Blinker switch

I have a 1998 Monte Carlo. The window brake light is the only one that works all the time. The brake lights on the car work intermittently depending on if I use my blinker. If I wiggle the blinker at all the brake lights will come on and work until I move the blinker again, if I move the blinker switch again they will shut off.

Another problem is that if I use my windshield wipers and leave them turned on when I shut my car off. When I try and start my car is won’t start until I turn my windshield wipers off.

And finally my power locks also work intermittently. This whole problem seems to be an electrical malfunction based around my blinker switch. Has anyone heard of this before?
