Does anyone know the going rate for a 2002 wrx with 45k???
i was think around $ 15k is that reasonable

Depends on the overall condition of the vehicle, but I would say 16k for an 02 Sedan with around 40k miles.....

Retail from a delearship, expect to pay upwards of 18,500 depending on the options, retail via private party expect to pay upwards of 16,000 depending on the options.

I did a price check based on the mileage you gave, assuming the vehicle you want is a manual transmission, and based it on the location listed in your profile.
