Question buttons missing 01 EX

Just got a 2001 EX, and saw two areas with punchout covers. One is the button to the left of CRUISE and MOONROOF Controls. What goes there? The second is the space in between map lights. Is there a garage door control?

I am pumped. 2001 EX Sedan 5 spd with only 20K miles. Thanks for the posts.

Sounds nice, you'll have to get a pic up of ur car ^^. Do the punchouts still have the covers, and did ur car come with a sunroof? Wouldn't surprise me if the 01 came witha garage switch.

Yeah, but the homelink things ussualy came equipped in between the sun visors... It could be a fog light switch perhaps, IDK because in my 94 I have one on the other side of the hazard button (or whatever) and it's supposed to be a fog light switch. Just a thought...

I did find out the one on the dash IS for foglights. Does anyone else know about the garage door opener. I think it is the empty space between maplights overhead. Any ideas if that could be added? Thanks for the posts.

Do you have the manual, because in my manual it says that one is for the cruise control, sunroof/moonroof, and garage switch (Canadian Models Only.)

Thanks for the info. Is it possible to homelink on a US model? Is it expensive?
