Hello, I have a 2001 ram with a 5.2 engine. if I were to put a 180 degree thermostat in my truck instead of the 195 that comes stock would this cause me any problems. Thanks for any help

Should be is right, although I've heard of some folks having problems with a lower temp thermostat.

Are you having a cooling problem that would make you want to change it out?

Just put a Jet 180 thermostat in my 96 5.9 with no issues whatsoever.
