cruise control

Ever since we had a prodigy brake control installed, our cruise control has not worked.

Any tips on the route I would take to identify the problem?

Thanks.

Re: cruise control

make sure they didn't adjust the brake switch for the cruise control. The computer may think the brakes are on.

Re: cruise control

There should be two switches on the brake pedal. One is for the brake lights, the other is for the computer. Press the brake pedal down while watching the switches. Make sure that both make contact with the pedal, and that they are both full depressed when the brake is off.

Unhappy

We did not find any switches on the brake pedal. The lever to the brake pedal just goes through the wall to the engine area. Any other suggestions?

Thanks
