1999 GTP parking fuse blows

I keep blowing the parking lamp fuse. I replaced the light and dimmer swith but still happens. Even with light switch unplugged it still blew fuse. Removed all parking lamp bulbs with no change. Dash lights go out at same time. Anyone have a clue?

I have the same problem with my 97 grand prix GT. I'm taking my car into the shop tomorrow because that fuse is hooked up to the rear running tail lights also, no dash board lights and not fog lights(but the fog light fuse is ok?. I will put the 20 amp fuse in and it will blow as soon as I turn the key. I looked every where to find a broken wire or a ground that fell off no luck?
