I would reccomend just getting the Stage 2 intake. The cold air box is esentially the same thing, except with a heat shield to prevent heat soak, but this would only reduce intake air temperature by about 20% of what it normally would be. I don't believe the extra 40 bucks is worth just that box. I have a short ram / WAI setup like the Stage 2, and I made my own "cold air box" just out of some scrap sheet metal. If I were you, I would deffinately reccomend just getting the stage 2. You'll get good gains in the upper RPMs, good off-the-line response, a little bit better mileage, and it will sound mean as hell when you get on it

. It's easy to install to. You shouldn't have much trouble at all with it.
