headers and high flow cat

does anyone know where i can get a set of headers for around $300 some bucks and a high flow cat cheap for my 2001 3.4 grand am. thats my next project and i cant find anything under $600. does anyone know a website or anything to find this stuff please let me no

I don't know of anyone that makes headers that cheap for the 3.4. But if you want a highflow cat, i know magnaflow makes one, as well as someone else. Go run a search on www.grandamgt.com and you'll find a couple of high flow brands.

JCWhitney has some universal Superior Performance CMX High-flow Catalytic Converters for $140:

They also have cheap universal and direct fit cats, though you are not going to gain a lot of power just from changing out the cat and leaving everything else stock. Unless of course you need to change the cat because it has gone bad or something.

You will be hard pressed to find good headers for cheap. I'd recomend looking into other power boosting options if you are on a tight budget
