Just wondering if anyone has ever tubbed out the rear wheel wells on a 2nd gen t/a firebird to fit bigger sized radials in them, sorta the pro street look and how much you can tub them without having to do anything to the frame?!?!?

never done it, and wouldn't do it. why ruin the way the car handles...?

youd have to buy the suspension setup from a good shop and then fab up everything to make it fit. its a whole lot of custom work, nothing is just a bolt on setup. best way to find exact numbers and a how to, go to the drag strip and talk to a few guys that have done it

ITS A UNI-BODY!!!!!! You can't just tub one. you need new rear frame section with suspension wells and you need to cut down the axle and modify it for the frame. agood weeks worth of straight working on it.
