When I make a right turn onto an incline (like a driveway), I am met with a very loud and palpable (I can feel it) BANG from under my car, and behind me (so, not the front area). What could this be?

I do not see anything under my car that is dragging. My muffler is intact. Is this a bad suspension problem? How do I know for certain?
