Tires

I forgot to ask in my last post what the tire size is on these cars. 1996 VW Jetta Trek. If I put a penny in the tread, how high should it be compared to the penny?

Tire size is printed on the door sticker. 2 or 3/32" of tread left is the minimum. I think on a penny inserted upside down that comes out you can see all of Lincoln's hair then it's time to replace the tire.

I have been selling tires for 3 years best riding tire I have seen on a vw is either the Bridgestone Potenza G009 or the new WideTrack Fuzion HRi's
