2005 ladder rack

i just bought a new tacoma extra cab for work . and found out that no one makes an aftermarket ladder rack for the new tacoma's . i guess the bed is made of a composite material and will not support the weight. my ladders together weight roughly 100 lbs is there any suggestions someone could give me it would be much appreciated.

i just bought my 05 tacoma yesterday and today when i priced out ladder racks i was told that i will never be able to put ladder racks on my truck. i am so ripped. this is how i make my living. i called toyota hq and supposedly, they are "developing" something. i'm going to e-mail toyota and see if i can get a response.
