95 motor into 96 / manual

Looking to put a 95 motor into a 96 (failed head gasket problem). Any problems in doing this? Any highly advised changes (starter, water pump belt, etc) when motor is out and accessable?

Where can I find instructions on motor removal and re-installation?

There is a very big problem here. The 1996 is an OBD II car. The 1995
is an OBD I car. The 1995 engine will physically fit into the 1996 but
the different electronics will make this swap extremely difficult.

Thanks for the input Marc - all ideas and info is very welcome.

What part of the 96 engine components can/must be retained? Probably 1) the fuel injection system and 2) the distributor (I presume the N* has a distributor). Others?

Another way to put it would be: is a 95 Aurora N* shortblock interchangeable with a 96 Aurora N* shortblock?
