This company seems to have more or less what I'm looking for in a computer mount, but I don't know if they are an OK place to do business with. If anyone knows anything about them or has done business with them I would appreciate some feedback. Even better; if you have one of these jotto computer mounts, i would love to hear about that. I found yourmobiledesk.com about 5 months ago.
My first order was small just to see the type of service I would receive.
I was very happy with the whole process from surfing their site to finding a product - and then placing my order online via their secured site - The moment my order was processed I was able to print my own copy of a receipt and then moments later was a confirmation email of my order, pricing and tracking information. The type of service I would expect and want from a .com company.

My second order was much larger and again I was very happy with the quick service.

My third order had 1 of 5 products not in stock. A very short time after my order was processed I received a Back Order Notice explaining which product I ordered was on back order. They also shipped the other items next day as I requested. I wanted to know what type of ETA I should expect on my back order so I called their office. I spoke with a young gentleman named Tony and he was able to give me updated notice on my order in seconds.

On a personal note. I wish all .coms were like www.yourmobiledesk.com
