California Speedway was closed today, 3/23 so I want to try and go down to carlsbad today, dont know if things will work out.

HAAAAAAAAAH 15.....

16.4 on my first time at a drag strip, I got a beautiful launch, took off smoking the hell out of a Turbo'ed Supra (single turbo, had intercooler and all that good stuff)

So I am taking the guy into third gear when, wait why is my car slow, oh damn its not in third gear.....he took off and got a 15.3

Second Run
So I am sitting there looking at the lights...I couldnt see them, all of the sudden my buddy in the other lane burns out and takes off, so I say what the hell am I watching and I take off, bog the launch with a 2 second reaction time (who knows why I was day dreaming ) I finally get the car going even chirpped third gear, thought I did better but only got a
16.6

I will be going back and have time for more then 2 runs, I had to go to my girlfriends birthday party so I couldnt do it right, I will keep you guys posted on the next ones.
