YB,
Carefully pry out the panel surrounding the radio with a flat head screwdriver. This will expose the lower screws.
Remove the screws that attach the Climate control cluster and pull it out carefully. It will not come out completely, but should do so enough for you to twist the bulb out and replace it with a new one.
