If anyone knows if it is possible to put a 3.1L V6 out of a 1994 cavalier into a 1997 cavaler. I recently was told buy a guy that it would be a good option to do if i was thinking of putting in a new engine. I dont know a whole lot about the 3.1L V6. If it is possible could i please get some info on it, or if anyone has ever don it. thanx

you dont want that engine, you can with some time and skil put a 3800 supercharged engine into it though, that would def be worth it. If you need help, go to www.jbody.org and look around, a few guys have done it already.
