Re: K&n

Hi,
Please notice that if you post a link you can not have ... in the middle of the link.

3 choices:

Air Filter: (the cheapest improvement)
http://www.knfilterchargers.com/sear...px?Prod=E-1500
K&N’s high flow replacement air filters are designed to increase horsepower and acceleration while providing excellent filtration.

FIPK: (the one you may want)
http://www.knfilterchargers.com/sear...x?Prod=57-3026
The Generation II FIPK® is K&N's ultimate performance product, designed to increase power by as much as 10%. Most FIPK's are street legal in all 50 US states

Aircharger: (hands off this one)
http://www.knfilterchargers.com/sear...Prod=63-1007-1
K&N's AirCharger® Off-Road & Racing Performance Kits are similar to FIPK’s except they are NOT legal for sale or use on pollution controlled vehicles

As you can see from the website, this one is "Off-Road", another term for illegal on the road.

By the way, I had an FIPK in my NBS YXL and took it out - too much racket for me...
Hope this helps, take care, Eggert
