Question 91 Rodeo anti-lock brake/emergency light stuck on

I replaced the rear brakes on my '91 Rodeo, and ever since the anti-lock brake light and the emergency brake light have been stuck on...Any ideas as to the problem?????

Thanks -

Re: 91 Rodeo anti-lock brake/emergency light stuck on

probably need to check the adjustment on your e-brake cable under the cab. might need to tighten up the cable so your handle turns the switch off for the light. mine did the same thing. as for the abs light try bleeding the rear brakes out, you might have pushed some air back into the system when you squeezed your wheel cylinders up to install the new shoes.
