Trailer lights for 99 Passport

I got a hitch at u-haul and they hooked up a 4 pin. The left turn and left brake no longer work. I bought a new harness from u-haul and installed it and still no left turn or brakes. It's not the trailer lights because my dads truck works fine with my trailer. I'm wondering if there is a stock plug in point for a wiring harness instead of the the u haul splice and if there is a better harness that someone else has used. It seems like there is a plug in for rodeoports up to 97' but thats it. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

yup, there is a stock plug in point. Mine is in the compartment where the jack is (2000 Amigo).

I bought the harness at JC whitney; pulled it through the hole under the truck and plugged it in. 1 minute job.

There's a few threads on this if you do a search. If you cannot reach the stock connector thru the jack compartment, pull the entire plastic panel away from near the tailgate weatherstripping & you will see a connector taped/coiled inside. Feed it thru one of the holes in the jack compartment, pop the panel back in place & you are all set.
G/luck

I used the T connector style and it works perfectly and very easy to install. Part number is #R15360 you can find it at
