panoramic moon roof...

check this place out.... they can put a normal sunroof in your car, to a full almost roof-sized panoramic moonroof with a fully retractable top in ANY car. great if you like the whole summer cruiser look. its worth calling and sking about. Exclusive Autoworks based out of CT 1-203-777-3565

Re: panoramic moon roof...

and if you roll your car... you can kiss your ass good bye because you lost 90% of the support if an accident occurs. the largest sixe recomende was something like 18x28 the last time i knew when i had mine installed. Any bigger and its a safty harrard. Unlike convertable, regular cavs do not have the extra support needed in the A-pillar to hold the car up.

Re: Re: panoramic moon roof...

It doesn't adversely affect the structure that much as it's mainly sheet metal they remove and a box brace is installed around the opened area or at least should be. These are usually canvas and make your car a lot easier to steal! Convertibles receive a LOT of extra strengthening to take the loss of the roof but still not as strong though! In England we call these roofs Webasto sun roofs as this is the original and best company for them. Mainly for orig mini's though but more or less anything. I wouldn't have one myself! But hey that's just me! Maybe I'm just cynical! Maybe i'm just right!

Re: panoramic moon roof...

It was from rollerblading on a half-pipe playing some stupid game with a buddy trying to hurt each other! He ended up with 2 broken fingers!
