Thumbs up Air intake X-terra/Pathfinder

X-terra owners. The X & the Pathfinder share the same engine as in all the Mzines say this intake system should work for you.

I just purchased an HKS intake from Bozz performance they are selling it for $150.00 in Fremont CA im pretty sure any import hop up shop can order it for you.

The power gain was awsome I felt it, my pathfinder is a little more torquey, Quicker accelration, + the dual Flowmasters I put on it helps out too. Let me know if I am correct on the engine be the same one, if so let me know of any mods any one has done to there engine since we share the same platform. :flash:

Most of the guys on this board probably won't be interested in that intake because we drive through water a lot. But thanks.

Nobody makes an Xterra specific snorkle yet. Carlton modified an ARB one to fit.

If you have one it takes care of your water intake problem for the engine, but the rest of the truck will still leak, and your alternator is still very vulnerable.

Answer: a place to soup-up your rice rocket.
They're a dime-a-dozen around here.

Thumbs down Sorry thought you guys would want some horsepower

I just meant to give you heads up on the fact that there is an air breathing aparatus to inprove fuel & horse power.

Hop up shop is a place were you take you vehicle & they will modify the engine suspension or looks of the vehicle.
Enjoy the dirt Guy's:bandit:
