Question crankshaft sensor

trying to find location of the crankshaft sensor on a 1993 cavalier it has a 4 cylinder engine. help

K, if crank~not cam~sensor, look right next to your oil filter. Should be a bit above and maybe a touch to R of where the filter mounts to engine. That is for the 2.4L and also the '95 4 bangers [2.3L]. The wiring plug to the sensor should be at 90 degree angle to the sensor , where any oil sensor connector is usually, though not always ,in vertical alignment with that sensor.

UNDER HOOD, PASSENGER SIDE, REAR ENGINE AREA, MOUNTED ON REAR OF INTAKE MANIFOLD

ive got a 90 cavvy and my crankshaft senosr is down on driverside backside of engine about the same level as brakes.
