mustang injectors?

I was told that 19 lb/hr injectors out of a 302 5.0 mustang would fit my stock 95 accord, anybody hear about this? I find it hard to believe that Ford injectors will replace my factory 16 lb/hr Hondas, with just new o-rings. Anybody??
